Kildare County Council, on behalf of B&C Contractors, Monaghan Ltd, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it will close the following road on Wednesday, 1 July 2026 to Wednesday, 15 July 2026 to facilitate essential utility works.

Alternative Routes: Traffic travelling south on the R405:
· Follow the posted diversion signage. · Continue on the R405 to the roundabout and take the second exit. · Take the first right turn onto The Lord’s Road. · Continue following diversion signage to the end of the diversion route.
Traffic travelling north from Ardclough direction:
· Turn right onto The Lord's Road. · At the T-junction turn left onto the R405. · Take the first exit from the roundabout to stay on the R405. · Follow diversion signage to the end of the diversion route. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
