Kildare Inclusivity Festival
Get ready for the Kildare Inclusivity Festival on Sunday, 11 May 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Curragh Racecourse.
Hosted by Kildare County Council and its partners, this free event is all about breaking down barriers for people living with disabilities and bringing everyone together in a truly inclusive environment.
We can’t wait to see you, so why not come along and enjoy a range of free activities suitable for all ages and abilities. Experience the thrill of the Family Fun Zone, challenge yourself on the Nua Healthcare Ultimate Obstacle Course, get creative with Barretstown Magic Moments or try out inclusive sports with Kildare Sports Partnership, plus much more.
A free, wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus service will be operating hourly on the day of the festival. The bus, operated by Local Link, will have a festival poster on the front. It will run between Newbridge and The Curragh Racecourse, with the first bus departing from Newbridge at 10:30 a.m. and the last bus returning from The Curragh at 5:30 p.m. Pick-up points are at Newbridge Train Station and Woodies, Newbridge.
