NOTICE OF DECISION (EMERGENCY WORKS)
ROADS ACT, 1993 – SECTION 75
ROADS REGULATIONS, 1994 – ARTICLE 12(6)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 and Article 12(6) of the Roads Regulations 1994 that Kildare County Council has made an order to enforce an emergency temporary road closure on the public road network outlined below.
This urgent closure has been enacted in the interest of public safety and to facilitate emergency engineering works.

Alternative Routes / Diversions: From R448 Moyleabbey Follow diversion signs and continue along the R448 for 1.5km. Turn right at the L8032 Annalough Junction. Continue on the L8032 Annalough/Rahoonbeek for 1.6km. Turn left onto the L8033 Rahoonbeek/Spratstown junction. Diversion ends. |

From L8033 Rahoonbeek Turn right onto the L80032 Rahoonbeek/Annalough for 1.6km. Turn left on to the R488. Diversion ends. |
Emergency vehicle access will be actively maintained at all times. Local and pedestrian access will be accommodated wherever practicable, subject to site safety conditions.
